Only what you send through the contact form: name, phone, email, vehicle details, requested service, preferred date and message.
Why.
To respond to your request, schedule an appointment and prepare a quote. We don't use this information for any other purpose without your consent, and we never sell it.
How.
The form sends your request by email to our inbox through our email delivery provider (Resend). The website keeps no copy of your information in a database.
Transfers outside Québec.
Our hosting (Vercel) and email delivery (Resend) providers may process data outside Québec, including in the United States. We have assessed that these providers offer adequate protection.
Retention.
We keep your request emails as long as needed to follow up and for our customer records, for a maximum of 24 months, then delete them.
Cookies.
This website uses no cookies. Our visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) are anonymous and place no cookie on your device. The Google map only loads if you click to display it; Google's own privacy rules may then apply.
Google reviews.
Reviews shown come from Google and are public. We don't edit them.
Your rights.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@servauto.ca. We respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Confidentiality incidents.
If an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information.
Changes.
Any change will be posted on this page with its date.
